Great game - just not the result

It was always going to be a tough game against Bromley, but the Wandsworth Ladies were a match for them, they just had a great striker who didn't seem to fluff a shot all day.

Just after 5 minutes from kick off we were 1-0 down, and a few minutes later we were losing 2-0. Then the team got into the game with 35 minutes gone. Tara played in Roxy who scored with a great shot from well outside the box. 2-1. Then Bromley scored again to make it 3-1.

We kept going and scored another from a great cross from Julie and Roxy got the second of the game. 3-2 and we were trying everything to get least a point. A free kick from Kirsty nearly made it 3-3 but hit the crossbar.

Bromley scored again with the score finishing at 4-2, but we did rattle them and gave them their toughest game of the season. Onwards but still searching our first points of the season.
