From 2006 to 2021 the 2s have only had three Captains, and this steady leadership has helped them move up the AFC pyramid. They currently play at their highest level since the AFC was started, Intermediate South.

The 2s will play in South Division 4 of the newly merged Southern Amateur Football League for the 2025-26 season.
